OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES for the LaPorteNow.Com online contest.
 
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. Entries for this contest (the "Contest") will be accepted starting on the first day of each month, and ending on the last day of each month.   All entries must be received during the Submission Period. The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States, who are at least 18 years old. Contest void where prohibited.
 
HOW TO ENTER: To participate in the contest, visit http://www.laportenow.com/contest (the "WebSite") during the Submission Period, and correctly answer the question of the day.  Limit one entry per household per day.  At the Website, participants will be required to enter a valid email address so that the winner may be notified.  Upon receiving notice of being the winner of the contest, the winner must supply a mailing address to have the prize sent.  In the event the winner does not comply with any and all rules, a new winner will be selected.  Winners will be posted at www.laportenow.com/contest at the conclusion of each contest. 
 
 
PRIZES/VALUES:
 
Prize Value: The prize value will be stated on the contest page.  The winner must accept the prize only.  No cash value will be paid.
 
 
TERMS/CONDITIONS: All federal, state/provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, nor can requests to substitute one prize for another be honored. Each winner will be responsible for all applicable federal, state/provincial, and local taxes related to any prize. Sponsors shall not be responsible for any unsuccessful attempts to notify the winners. Employees (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of LaPorteNow.com and contest sponsor are not eligable to win. Each participant agrees to release and hold the Sponsors, their employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, and their subsidiaries, parent companies, or other affiliated companies harmless from any and all damages, losses, claims and/or liabilities arising out of his or her participation in the Contest or resulting from accepting or claiming any prize awarded hereunder.
 
Notwithstanding the foregoing paragraph, participation in the Contest constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) for the Sponsors to use any winner’s name, likeness, biographical information, photographs and any statements or remarks made about winning or participating in the Contest for advertising and promotional purposes (in any medium) without additional compensation. CLAIMING PRIZES: Winner will receive an email confirming they have won.  The winner has 72 hours to respond to the email with the full mailing address of where the prize shall be mailed.

Winners may also be required to provide proof of age.
